Need to update and change the financial calendar from Hijri calendar to Gregorian calendar

Problem Description

---------------------------------------------------

According to the new regulations and instructions that have been submitted from Saudi Ministry of finance to government agencies, Including The ministry of National Guard (SANG), to update and change the financial calendar from Hijri calendar to Gregorian calendar in addition to update the name and range of the periods.

Solution required based on the following:

- The status is in the second period of the year 2018

- First and second periods have been opened

- Budget and Encumbrance year have been opened

- What is the expected impact on other subledgers and other modules (Payables, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.) that use the Financial GL Calendar
