Transactions are getting skipped in replicat process

Hi,

Basically there are 3 server, one primary other are secondary and reporting. Datapump in primary and secondary are configured to send files to reporting. But primary db is successfull to transfer files and apply to reporting whereas secondary db is able to transfer files but replicat are skipping transactions. I am able to see all transaction using logdump but when i do send status it shows "xyz records skipped in current transaction". Also RBA is moving in all the dbs
