Cancel Travel Authorizations and Liquidations

We have noticed that when travel authorizations are canceled, there are no lines in the kk commitment control records.  The transaction was approved and budget checked, then canceled.  Is this the correct behavior of commitment control for expenses?  I was expecting to see lines in kk_liquidation with a zero amount.
