adop phase=prepare Failing (EBS 12.2.6)

Hi,

I Could not apply patch on my EBS 12.2.6 environment. I am getting following error during prepare phase and could not determine the cause of the issue. I opened the SR with Oracle. still there is no appropriate solution provided.

Please anyone? Have solution on this issue?

[STATEMENT] Please run adopscanlog utility, using the command

 

"adopscanlog -latest=yes"

 

to get the list of the log files along with snippet of the error message corresponding to each log file.
