Issue after a EBS 12.2 clone

After an EBS 12.2 clone, the Oracle Applications Manager OAFs are getting redirected to https although https is not enabled for the instance. Forms are working fine. We confirm ssl terminator or any other ssl settings not enabled in the Context File. Please help solve this puzzle.
