BI Publisher Pick Slip Bar Code prints from PDF, but not direct printer output

We are using the supplied Bar Code, using *pick slip number* and this works perfect to PDF being submitted from R42520. When printing directly to the printer, the bar code will not print out. This is with JDE bursting set to printer.
