TLS for multiple domains

In our environment we have customer endpoints register to their PBX servers via unique domain names. All domain names point to a single IP that is assigned to a sip-interface/sip-port. That works fine for TCP and UDP SIP registrations. We are now trying to deploy TLS and run into a challenge. TLS profile can only contain one end-entity-certificate for a single domain name. That profile is in turn assigned to a sip-port configured for TLS. That limits the port to only service 1 customer. Is there a way to have single IP assigned to a sip-port service multiple customers using
