Mismatch between LPN content and MOLQuantity

Hi ,

We are getting frequently below error when we try to drop wip lpn completion transaction.(Mismatch between LPN content and MOLQuantity. ) Could you please guide me what are the tables need to validate to fix the issue.

1) Some time record error in MMTT table with Pending Transactions With Error The Subinventory Record Is Missing In MTL_SECONDARY_INVENTORIES. And able to see Qty  Doubles on LPN contents duplicate than actual.( Ex : actually qty is 12 but in contents it will show 24)

2) Each time when i raise SR with oracle will provide different fixes for the same error.

Ex: Deleting records from MMTT temp table and MMTT lot temptables
