I PDF ouput doesn't display the font saved on the .rtf template

My PDF output doesn't display the right font.

On the other hand, when I select the HTML output format, I do get the correct font "Lucida Console" but on the pdf output it shows a different font even thou I am using the same .rtf template.

Any advice?!
