UK EDI Decommissioning - Compression option yes or no?

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

In document 2287642.1 under XML File Generation: Flow it states:

"As of we are not providing the file compression option, but have decided to go-ahead with the option of splitting the files to meet the HMRC requirement."

However in the concurrent programs for the RTI FPS, EYU and Additional FPS the parameter "Compress File" is defaulted to "Yes".

Should it not be defaulted to "No"?
