We are in the process of upgrading to 9.2.  We have many custom workflows that we have developed in the JDE tool set that send out informational notifications (no action needed).  For example, when a certain type business unit is changed from active  to inactive and visa versa, we send out a email notification to let a group of users know this has happened.  I see that notifications are now a part of 9.2 orchestrator but knowing little to none about the orchestrator I am not sure if this would be a good use case for that.  Reading the guide
