Approval History and Public Templates display of detail

Good Afternoon,

We are currently in the process of implementing the Expense Module (9.2)  We've noticed that on several pages, the details for approvers and details lines in templates does not display the complete list.  We've tried different browsers (edge, IE, chrome, firefox) and the display of items is not what we would expect.  Any idea of why this might be happening?  Any feedback is much appreciated.  We have added a few custom fields to the top of the page; however I'm not sure if that would affect the layout of the approvers?

Also, when we use the template, the user is unable to check the very last line.  They can see about half the line.
