R42520 splitting line with zero quantity

Hi,

We are on E1 9.1.5. We are seeing that pick slip program splits sales order lines incorrectly. For ex. Line #1 has 6 ordered. All 6 are available. Lot is assigned to the line. Line moves to next status correctly. But a new line #1.001 is created with UORG, SOQS and SOBK all equal to zero. This only happens sporadically and not seeing any trend. Program ID updated on F4211 lines is N4201360.

Has anybody else seen this happening? Any information on this is highly appreciated.
