ODA 7-2 HA SFP ports are not being recognized

Dear Support team..

we are having 2 * ODA 7-2 (HA) which is  coming 2 UTP network and 2 FC network, and we installed 2 * SFPS part no.(X2129A-N)  on both Nodes and no lights.

then I

/opt/oracle/oak/bin/configure-firstnet

after firstnet configuration, if the SFPs are connected to the server I can not ping this IP10.10.12.30.

if I remove the SFPs and configure-firstnet  I can ping the IP on NET1

help me to resolve  the SFPs issue.. step by steps.
