OPM-Miscellaneous issue for 1000 tons at 500 SAR did item cost adjustments for the issue

Dear OPM Expert,

Did an adjustment in OPM item cost for miscellaneous issue as shown in attachment
Item cost adjustment is the only solution or we have any other solution for Miscellaneous issue at certain cost.

Business user does not have IR/ISO process for group company So, they are performing misc issue at certain cost.

Hence adjusting the same in item cost adjustments.

The work around which is followed is correct or will there be any impact...
