First Full Package Build error after Upgrade

Dear All,

We are in the middle of upgrade from 9.0 to 9.2, we are completed with Wrokbench run and a sucessfull table conversion and spec merge run. I have applied the latest planner ESU to all environments and run the ASI as well. The next step was a package build, however we notice that the package builds ends with below error in the logs ...
