DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Object does not exist

Dear Sir

I am New the ODA  7-2 HA.

after submitting all the required information I am getting this error.

internalError DCS-10001: internal errore encountered; Failed to provision the system DCS-10000:Internal error encountered object does not exist:

/opt/oracle/oak/pkgrepos/orapkgs/clones/grid122.tar.gz...

DB Version: is 12.2.0.1.170814 and ,  I am unable  to select the DB version 11.2.0.4,

I want to deploy database 11.2.0.4

please help me to correct download the correct patch db and grid. s

and step by step installation.
