Projects Assignment Approval Self Service App

Hi,

I have a requirement to create a projects approval self service app using OAF. The plan is to attach the new app as a menu to the OTL responsibility. So user can go and create a new request to add them as a Team Member. This will probably involve a custom workflow too for sending approvals to project managers for approval.

Q1. Is there a standard functionality in Oracle EBS which will allow users to request for projects so they can book time against it?

Q2. If I have to go the custom app route is there a standard oracle projects approval workflow I can use for project assignment approvals?
