Has anyone experienced AR tables not linking to SLA tables during the SLA patch?

During the SLA patch  (when upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.2.6) the AR tables are not linking thru the new SLA tables – resulting in the inability to post transactions, apply payments and the simple drilldown from GL. Has anyone else experienced this?  If so, how did you solve it?
