How can I maintain font and window style when changing "Java Color Scheme" profile option?

I would like to change the "theme" of my test system to a red color or some other color that gives a visual clue that differentiates the theme from my production system. 

I know of profile options "Java Color Scheme" and "Java Look and Feel".

My issue is this:  When simply changing the "Java Color Scheme" to a different color, it changes other things that I find visually undesirable.   Here is an example showing the standard color scheme compared to red.

The differences I note are:

    - Minimize/Maximize are arrows instead of boxes

    - Font is bold instead of regular (non-bold)
