Unresponsive extracts

Hi

I am having an issue with integrated extracts on a particular server.  The extracts become unresponsive with Time Since Checkpoint increasing and extract not writing to Trail Files.

Both stop and forcestop do not work.  The only way out is to kill the extract and start it back up.  The extract quickly catches up once restarted.  After a few hours, we see the same issue again.

Here are the details about the environment:

DB Version :  Oracle 11.2.0.4

OGG Version:  12.2.0.1

Server:  Windows 2012 R2

OGG Manager started as a Windows Service

Number of databases:  2

Streams Pool size on each database : 2GB

Number of extract - 1 Primary Extract and 1 Pump Extract for each database, so 2 Primary and 2 Pump extracts in the OGG Home
