How can a User view Line Level Attachments after Installation Options are changed to Header Level On

We implemented Fluid Expenses in August, 2017.  At the time of implementation there were two bugs that prohibited us from using Header level only attachments.  As a result we set the configuration for Expenses > Installation Options > Attachments to be saved at the Header and Line Level.   Fixes for both bugs, 26955719 and 26752314, were delivered in Image 26.  We have applied these fixes via selective adoption and now we are not able to see the historical line level attachments.  By changing the Attachments from Header and Line Level to Header Level Only it hides the line level attachment
