RAC One Node + Data Guard + secondary replication network - please advice

Hello,

I'm looking for guidance how to properly configure Data Guard between two RAC One Node databases (11.2 and 12.1) - using dedicated replication network (not public network)

My case is about consolidation and therefore this is very important - to not have to reload Listeners running on public network - only listeners on replication network might be reloaded when new databases are deployed in the cluster.  I've already configured replication network with additional SCAN and VIP listeners.

I'm lost after reading this MOS documents:
1387859.1 - this one says that StaticConnectionIdentifier should not be manually modified by administrator and will be maintained by broker itself - for example when RAC One Node is relocated.
