eAM - Turkish Localizations

Hi All

Getting started with eAM specific localizations for Turkey.

Turkish Localizations mandate resource cost allocation; is there any good documentation or walkthrough guide for the same, thats specific to eAM. I am even struggling to find the navigation to the OAF page called 'Department Expense page'
