Siebel Site map screen hyperlink not working

Hi,

We are currently using Siebel 8.1.1.11

We have come across a peculiar issue in our development environment.

In the development environment, when we navigate to the site map and click on the screen hyperlinks, we are not navigated to the respective view links part of the page (which sows all views within the screen).

Instead we have to scroll down to the view links (or search using keywords from the browser).

Interestingly the view links are working fine and takes us to the correct views as well.

This screen hyperlink issue does not occur on our other environments (test, UAT etc.). We hence believe this to be a configuration issue but we are not able to isolate the same.
