agent install sqlserver cluster

Hi Guru

I have OMS 13.1 to monitor 2 VM hosts forming SQL server cluster 2014. Per doc https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E63000_01/SQLPG/overview.htm#SQLPG123  only certified to monitor SQL server cluster nodes remotely.

Question:

1. remotely is the 3rd node that I install OMA (OEM agent) ?

2. which is correct option  steps:

- install the agent for the window host on each of the virtual nodes for the sqlserver clusters required ?

or

- install the OMA agent on the virtual nodes's parent host (the VM control server)

or

- install the agent onto 'third' window node with network access is ok ?
