How to apply NLS patch

Hi All

We know that we need to apply patch via adop in R12.2.7 version. Our environment is IBM AIX 6.1 TL 9 and R12.2.7 and DB on 12c.

We have a situation here that we applied the help patch 10201000 for US language and all went fine . Now we need to apply same patch for German Help, as same patch number is there.

But when we try to apply this after mv 10201000_D 10201000 under PATCH_TOP  , ADOP gives, patch is already applied.

when we unzip patch it unzipped as 10201000_D for German language. And then when we try to apply the patch ADOP gives error "Specified patch does not found under $PATCH_TOP".
