Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Order Management - EBS (MOSC)

Duplicate inventory transactions for Sale Order Pick in mtl_material_transactions

A sale order line having qty 1000 was released and move order was transacted.

On shipping transaction form we see single line with qty = 1000 in "Staged / Pick Confirmed" status.

In MMT (View material transactions) there are 2 Sale Order Pick transactions with qty = 1000 transferring from source to staging subinventory

We have just come across multiple similar instances in recent times.

Can this be a system bug or some other issue?
