JDE E1:Procedure to follow if JDE database password change,application level what need to do?

Hi team,

We are using JDE Xe version.

In our project every 3 months database team  will  going to change  db(database)  password ,  then the password database team will tells to us.

It happened Every three months.

After database team changed password application and Servers level what procedure I need to follow?.

Please give me suggestions for this requirement how can I proceed for application and server level.
