After upgrade 10.1.3.4 to 10.1.3.5 opmnctl wserviesare able to run

Hi Experts,

we are running EBS 12.1.3 with db version 11.1.0.7 in which after upgrade the oracle home from 10.1.3.4 to 10.1.3.5 opmnctl services and adoacorctl.sh and oafmctl servieces are exiting with code 2
