EP BCI is not tied to new version in Lease Adjustments (gross ups)

When versioning EP Information (F15012), the Account Exclusions (F1533B) also get versioned.  There is an issue that the BCI for the newly versioned lines in the F1533B does not update with Version 2's BCI.

Is there a flag somewhere that needs to be set up to create the new version records in the F1533B with the correct BCI ?

The result of this issue is that the alignment of the billing lines in the F15012 with the F1533B no longer exists and specifically Gross Ups do not calculate on the new version.   Does anyone have experience with this issue?
