How to change Account # to 'NO' in Payment Setup>System Security Options

HI There!

When try to make Payment with a Credit Card thru iReceivables  get error ==> CVV encryption failed.

1.)  We are following setups for:  Oracle Payments Minimum/Dummy Setup For Credit Card/Purchase Card Funds Capture Processing Doc.ID.553614.1)

2.)  We use a CC # from the list ==>   Test Credit Card Numbers ( Doc ID 395462.1  )

3.)  Use a random CVV #.

4.)  Get error ==> CVV encryption failed.

Per  Doc ID: 1942112.1   

Payment Setup Administrator > System Security Options
Go To Task > Encryption of Payment Instrument Sensitive Data
Wallet Setup > Account Number = Yes for Credit Card and Bank Account

I need to change it to NO, however it will not let me!
