Importing Asset Master/ Balance and extension file

Hi Mentors,

We are planning to import existing Assets in JDE. As i understand we can use z process (P1201Z1 & R1201Z1I) to bring in Asset master data. Need some help for below specific questions;

  1. As i understand Asset Number (NUMB) is JDE created field and this needs to be there in all the Asset related tables (F1201/ F1202/ F1217). How do we relate the balance and Extension Files with this Asset data which will be created?
  2. What are the required fields for the Z Process.
  3. How do we Ensure that the extension file is populated with the Company Owned Flag which we have received from the legacy system.
