ORA-39218 during xtts import metadata

Hello experts.

I'm doing a data migration from AIX(11.2.0.3) to Linux(12.2.0.1).

DBMS_TTS.TRANSPORT_SET_CHECK passed.

Convert finished successfully.

Now, during plugging in tbs I faced following errors:
