Child Request is going to Inactive state when submitting subrequest as TRUE

Hi All,

I am facing issue when i am trying to submit a request  using fnd_request.submit_request  api by passing subrequest = TRUE ,child program is getting into Inactive status,to over come i have used fnd_conc_global.set_req_globals with values for parameters conc_status='PAUSED' and request_data='1' after using this child program is continuously triggering please suggest  to fix this issue.
