DB 12.1.0.2 Export misc. data for AIX to Linux migration takes longer on "OWNER_GRANT"

Using Transportable Tablespaces to Migrate Oracle EBS Release 12.0 or 12.1 Using Oracle Database 12.1.0 (Doc ID 1945814.1)

I am on EBS 12.1.3 with Oracle Database 12.1.2 on AIX, moving to Linux DB.

On Step - Export miscellaneous data (conditional)

  expdp "'/ as sysdba'" parfile=auexpmsc.dat

I see taking a huge lot of time only on  "OWNER_GRANTS" part .

See the timings below, rest all are completing fast and good.

PACKAGE/GRANT/OWNER_GRANT/OBJECT_GRANT - nearly 7 hours

VIEW/GRANT/OWNER_GRANT/OBJECT_GRANT     - running 11 hours of now.

I have attached the export log file with details of timings on each part.
