On Quick sales order form, when user changes the ShipTo adddress,TAX_EXEMPT_REASON and SHIP_FROM fie

Hi,

On the Quick Sales Order form, I created an order and populated all the fields at header including tax handling, Tax exempt, Warehouse and Exempt reason and Ship to address.

Now when I go and change the Ship to address, Exempt reason and Warehouse fields loose their values and are shown blank .

Please let me know why even after I have saved this record, changing ship to address triggers to warehouse and exempt reason to defaults.

Is there any way to lock this info once it is entered and even if I make a change it won’t revert back to defaults?
