How to build GBRSPEC only package?

Folks,

I am trying to troubleshoot an issue related to GBRSPEC on full package. I want just build a GBSPEC only package with debug on. My scenario is same as (Doc ID 1322882.1).

There is a mention of this statement in that doc .. "If building a Full Package with just FDATEXT spec selected, the following error is seen in the jde.log:".

My question is How do I build a GBRSPEC or FDATEXT only package in 9.2?
