How to backup a user-defined member list?

Hello,

We are using FRS 11.1.2.4.706. We have numerous reports that use a user-defined member list, named BudgetColumnMonthly, that determines what months to display in columns. This list must be a separate object from the reports, because if I modify it in one report, the change is reflected in all the reports that use it.

I want to make a copy of this object and protect it, while I edit it. It is quite complex, and I do not want to take a chance on not being able to rebuild it. I do not see this artifact in LCM. How can I get a back up or export of this user-defined member list?
