PCM_OP_PRICE_COMMIT_DISCOUNT does not create model selector in IFW DB

The opcode PCM_OP_PRICE_COMMIT_DISCOUNT  does it support the functionality to create the model selector in IFW DB? With  this opcode I can create the discount model etc in IFW DB.

Attached is  the input flist as per the documentation i am using and the output flist which only creates the discount models.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
