CDB ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server and ORA-01006: bind variable does not exist

Hello,

I'm facing those errors ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server and ORA-01006: bind variable does not exist when stored procedures are executing. That's happen only on pluggable database and works fine on non-CDB database.
I know that, latest bundle must be applied patch to resolve this issue. But i'm looking for a information about BUG related with those errors and information about in which bundle patch fixed this errors at first.
