Recurring Billing Not Prorating in JDE 9.1

While generating recurring Billing(R15100) with Proration and Catch Up value:1(Prorate and Bill current period) and Method of Proration : Blank(Prorate for the actual number of days), the gross amount is not prorating for the starting and ending dates defined(03/14/2018 to 03/31/2018) Kindly clarify on this.

Note:We havent faced this issue in JDE 8.10
