Resource Costing Flag

Hi,

Just a question to get clarity on resource costing. What is the significance of Absorption Account ? Also confirm if I don't need resource costing can I uncheck Resource Costing flag?

I observed in an earlier implementation resource costing is not in place however 'Cost' flag is set to 'Yes' with values for absorption account and rates.
