possible Bug 5505445 : OHS ERROR APP-QP-225573 WHEN CHOOSING A PRICING ATTRIBUTE THAT USES A TABLE

Hello gurus,
I'm on 12.2.4 and creating a setup to be compliant with 2018 my company sales pricing policies
I just created a product qualifier based on a Values Set
When I try to use this attribute on a modifier Line under Exclude button I'm getting the error message APP-QP-225573.
I see this error came out on 11i and looks fixed on 11.5.10
Value Set is Table based; when Testing it the result is ok

Please notice the same Value Set is used in Product Attribute (and Product Attribute Value) on modifier line field and works with no error messages.
Any help about this issue?
