Will Oracle instant client not work for non auto login wallet? From OJDBC we are able to connect fro

WIth TLS configuration enabled, will Oracle instant client not work for non auto login wallet? From Java we are able to connect from java application. But from a C application using OCI.dll exported functions or from instant client sqlplus, we are unable to connect.

Are we missing something?
