ODA X7 : Getting an error when trying to Create Appliance

We got a new ODA X7 HA. I am working on the deployment. After adding all the information on the "Create Appliance" screen and pressing submit, I get the following message.

"InternalError: DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Failed to validate scan/vip information DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Input scan ips and nslookup output are not matching..".

I notice that nslookup works fine (scan name and IP).

However, I cannot ping the SCAN IPs. Is it a requirement before creating the appliance?
