How to Enter an Enhancement Request in the Install Base Community

Hi Everyone!

           Just want to provide a quick reference to how one might go about entering an enhancement request/idea (ER) in the Install Base community.

When requested by Oracle Support via a Service Request or if you just want to request beneficial changes to the Install Base or Asset Tracking modules you can use the 'Create an idea' option under Actions on the right side of the Overview page of the community.

Please use the following template when providing details for your idea.

  • Idea Details:

Please elaborate on and explain the idea as much as possible.

  • Reported release:

What release are you using (i.e. 12.1.3, 12.2.4)?
