Using Project Suite to manage large construction and engineering projects?

Our engineering department in a public sector is asking for a demo or reference of an entity using the Project Suite to manage their large construction and engineering projects. We already use Project Costing integrated with procurement and payroll, so the financial reporting and tracking is pretty good. They are really looking for resource management, collaboration Gantt / task management, note keeping, etc.
