Query for Deliveries still Open but Order Closed

Hi All,

I'm looking for a Query which can give me details of Delivery still open but the Order is closed. We have been seeing some Orders in our system with some line getting Stuck in "Picked" status  but the Order is getting "CLOSED" with out any issues. This kind of data is causing some discrepancy in some report.

Please let me know if any one has such report which can give those details.

Below is The query  I have framed but not pretty sure what columns to check for my requirement exactly. Thanks in Advance for your help.
