In OTL for new custom fields the values are not stored in any of the table.

Hi,

We created new custom fields in OTL but the values are not stored in any of the table.

From entry screen the values are entered for the new custom fields but when i click on continue it loads to the review page but the values are not displayed.

The screen shots and the ldt files are attached FYR.

Can anyone provide your support on this.
